- Perpetual license — one-time payment, no renewal fees
- Includes all rights from the Extended License with no numeric caps across any category
- Unlimited logo, logotype, wordmark & tagline usage, with full trademark rights
- Unlimited websites/apps
- Unlimited broadcast, video, movie & film projects, including Video on Demand (VoD)
- Unlimited book titles and unlimited print/sales/downloads for publishing
- Unlimited physical merchandise units sold to the public
- Internal use only — cannot be sublicensed, resold, or used by any company or entity outside the registered corporate group
- Unlimited digital ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), print ads (magazines, flyers, billboards), and DOOH placements — global reach, no cap
- May be used within AI design tools without additional restriction

- Using elements of the font as the basis for a new or derivative font is not permitted
- Converting the font into different formats without written permission from Burntilldead Studio is not allowed
- If the font will be used as part of a shared campaign or brand style guide involving other agencies or individuals, each party must purchase their own applicable license
- Respect copyright — this license does not transfer ownership of the font, only the right to use it under these terms
